Description: Face side: The portrait of Taras Shevchenko (1814 – 1861), a famous Ukrainian poet, artist, thinker.
Back side: The St. Sophia cathedral, a world-known monument of history, architecture and monumental art of the first half of the XI century. The both sides the banknote are decorated with national ornaments.
Dimensions: 133 х 66 mm. The predominant color is brown-green. Serial No АВ 3617934.
The banknote was printed on special non-fluorescent paper with a multi-tone watermarks in the form of a portrait repeating that on the face side. The note has raised elements; rainbow printing; antiscanning grid; microtext; latent image; see-through element; invisible security fibers; fluorescent number; relief printing; fluorescent feature; security thread; latent denomination; magnetic number; symbol for the partially sighted; orloff ptinting.

Dimensions: 142 х 75 mm. The predominant color is olive. Serial No БЙ 2130077.
The banknote was printed on special tones paper with its main color corresponding to the predominant color of the banknote. It is non-fluorescent paper with a multi-tone local watermark, light watermark element, double-tone watermark (bar-code), security thread and security fibers. The note also has light watermark element; optically variable ink; latent images; relief images; see-through element; microtext; orloff ptinting; rainbow printing; serial number; antiscanning grid.
