Description: Commemorative coin 'The First Centenary of Ice Hockey in Ukraine'. 'Sports' series. The coin is dedicated to the the hundredth anniversary of ice hockey in Ukraine. The date of publication of the Official Ice Hockey Rules in Ukrainian under the editorship of I. Boberskyi in 1910 has been chosen the terminus a quo for the ice hockey history in Ukraine. At that date the ice hockey was one of the most popular winter sports in Lviv.
Obverse: There are depicted the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine with the semicircular inscription: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE) above, the goaltender and interlacing of the geometrical lines representing the skate tracings, which makes the composition more dynamic; the coin face value and issue year 2 / ÃÐÈÂͲ / 2010 (2 / HRYVNIAS) are indicated below.
Reverse: There are depicted: in the foreground an ice-hockey player of nowadays, in the background – the players of the 20th century beginning against the background of conventionalized towers of Lviv where the first hockey matches took place.
Weight – 12.8 g., diameter – 31.0 mm., edge – incised. Designers: Vladymyr Taran, Aleksander Kharuk, Serhii Kharuk, sculptors: Anatolii Demianenko, Sviatoslav Ivanenko.

Description: Commemorative coin '165 Years of the Lviv Polytechnic National University'. 'Higher educational establishments' series. Coin is dedicated to one of the oldest universities of technological development having glorious history, i.e. the Lviv Polytechnic National University that is a vigorous centre of science and education, a generator of ideas and inventions.
Obverse: There are depicted: the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine and the semicircular inscription: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE) (above); the allegorical sculptures that symbolize sciences and arts and are located on the university main building; the coin face value, mintage year: 2 / ÃÐÈÂÍI / 2010 (2 / HRYVNIAS / 2010) and the logotype of the NBU Mint.
Reverse: There is depicted the main university building erected in the last third of the XIX-th century from the design by the architect Julian Zachariewicz. Over the edifice there is the bow-shaped inscription: LITTERIS*ET*ARTIBUS (FOR SCIENCES AND ARTS) existing on the building itself. There are also the circular inscription ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÓͲÂÅÐÑÈÒÅÒ "ËܲÂÑÜÊÀ ÏÎ˲ÒÅÕͲÊÀ" (NATIONAL UNIVERSITY "LVIV POLYTECHNIC") and the legend 165 / ÐÎʲ (165 / YEARS) below.

Description: Commemorative coin 'Ivan Kozhedub'. 'Outstanding Personalities of Ukraine' series. The coin is dedicated to Ivan Mykytovych Kozhedub, a famous son of Ukrainian people, fighter ace, Hero of the Soviet Union on three occasions, Marshal of Aviation.
Obverse: There are: above – the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine with the semicircular inscription: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE), below – the coin face value 2 / ÃÐÈÂͲ (2 / HRYVNIAS) and the NBU Mint logo, to the left – the coin issue year 2010; in the centre there is depicted searchlighted La-7 aircraft (side number 27), which was piloted by I.M.Kozhedub.
Reverse: There is Ivan Kozhedub’s portrait against the background of a conventionalized airfield with an aircraft thereon; under the aircraft there is the inscription ²ÂÀÍ / ÊÎÆÅÄÓÁ / 1920 / 1991 (IVAN / KOZHEDUB).

Description: Commemorative coin 'Stipa Ucrainica'. 'Flora and Fauna' series. The coin is dedicated to the feather grass Stipa ucrainica, a sui generis symbol of the Ukrainian steppe flora, included in the Red List of Threatened Species of Ukraine.
Obverse: There is depicted the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine within the ornamental wreath formed by images of some species of flora and fauna together with the legends: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ/ ÁÀÍÊ / ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ / 2 / ÃÐÈÂͲ / 2010 (NATIONAL / BANK/ OF UKRAINE / 2 / HRYVNIAS) and the logo of the NBU Mint.
Reverse: There is depicted the feather grass with two bow-shaped inscriptions: ÊÎÂÈËÀ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÑÜÊÀ above and STIPA UCRAINICA (the same in Latin) below.

Description: Commemorative coin '20th Anniversary of Approval of the Declaration of State Sovereignty of Ukraine'. 'Rebirth of Ukrainian Statehood' series. The coin is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of approval by the Verkhovna Rada of the Ukrainian SSR of the political and legal document that proclaimed the national state sovereignty of Ukraine as the supremacy, self-dependence, plenitude and indivisibility of the powers of the state within its territory and its independence and equality in the foreign relations.
Obverse: Tthere are: above – the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine with the semicircular inscription: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE), below – the coin issue year and face value 2010 / IJ / ÃÐÈÂͲ (2010 / TWO / HRYVNIAS) and the NBU Mint logo; in the centre there is depicted the National Flag of Ukraine (the decoration element – enamel) within the conventionalized viburnum wreath.
