Description: Commemorative coin 'Smith'. 'Folk Crafts of Ukraine' series. The coin is dedicated to the smithcraft, i.e. treatment of iron by the hot forging techniques. As early as in the Xth – XIIth centuries the skills of smiths reached such a high level that some of the iron treatment methods and processes for manufacture of tools and household goods have remained practically unchanged to this day.
Obverse: Above there are the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine and the conventionalized legend: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE) thereunder; in the centre there are depicted in a conventionalized manner two little birds and (to the left and right of them) different smithcraft products – Old Rus arms and household stuff; below there are the legends: 5 / ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ / 2011 (5 HRYVNIAS) together with the National Bank of Ukraine Mint logo.
Reverse: There is depicted a smith at work. Above, there is the legend ÊÎÂÀËÜ (SMITH). To the left and right of the central composition there are ornamental patterns.
Weight – 16.54 g., diameter – 35.0 mm., edge – incised. Artists: Vladymyr Taran, Aleksander Kharuk, Serhii Kharuk, sculptors: Anatolii Demianenko, Sviatoslav Ivanenko.

Description: Commemorative coin 'The Kobzar’s Going to His Last Home (on the occasion of the 150th Anniversary of T.H. Shevchenko’s Reburial'. The coin is dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko’s death and his reburial in Ukraine.
Obverse: There are: the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine and the semicircular inscription: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE) (above); the monument fixed up on Taras Shevchenko’s grave; to the right there are the lines from his poetry: '...ÙÎÁ ËÀÍÈ / ØÈÐÎÊÎÏÎ˲ / ² ÄͲÏÐÎ, ² ÊÐÓײ / ÁÓËÎ ÂÈÄÍÎ, / ÁÓËÎ ×ÓÒÈ, / ßÊ ÐÅÂÅ / ÐÅÂÓ×ÈÉ.' (So that the fields, the boundless steppes, The Dnieper’s plunging shore My eyes could see, my ears could hear, The mighty river roar) with T. Shevchenko’s signature; below to the right there is a conventionalized image of the Dnieper-river with the logo of the National Bank of Ukraine Mint over it, to the left there is the legend: 5 ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ / 2011 (5 HRYVNIAS / 2011).
Reverse: There are: a conventionalized sketch of T.H. Shevchenko’s reburial route from Saint Petersburg to Kaniv (to the right), bas-relief of Taras Shevchenko’s portrait on the cross fixed up on Chernecha Hill after the reburial (to the left) and the inscriptions: 8-22 / ÒÐÀÂÍß / 1861 ÐÎÊÓ (8-22 / of May / 1861 year) (over the portrait) and ÎÑÒÀÍÍ²É ØËßÕ ÊÎÁÇÀÐß (Last path of the Kobzar) (bow-shaped, above).

Description: Commemorative coin 'The 50th Anniversary of Establishment of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine'. The coin is dedicated to the 50th anniversary of establishment of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine, the highest award in Ukraine in the fields of literature and arts, journalism and opinion journalism, the most prestigious honours for the creative works regarded as major contributions to the Ukrainian culture. The Prize is awarded annually in the following nominations: artistic literature, documentary and scientifically critical literature, music, fine arts, theatre and modern visual arts.
Obverse: The Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine and the semicircular inscription: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE) (above); below there are the coin face value 5 ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ (5 HRYVNIAS) and issue year 2011 with the logo of the NBU Mint to the right; in the centre there is the composition symbolizing the nominations of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine – an open book, quill, palette, brushes together with the lines from Taras Shevchenko’s poem 'I mertvym, i zhyvym...' Description: Commemorative coin '15 Years of the Constitution of Ukraine'. 'Rebirth of Ukrainian Statehood' series. The coin is dedicated to the 15th anniversary of adoption of the Fundamental Law of Ukraine by Verkhovna Rada (parliament) of Ukraine. The Law determines the socio-political order and polity of Ukraine, rights, freedoms and duties of its citizens.
Obverse: The Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine and the semicircular inscription: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE) (above); below there are the coin issue year and face value 2011 / Ï’ßÒÜ ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ (FIVE HRYVNIAS) with the logo of the NBU Mint to the right; in the centre there is the National Flag of Ukraine (decoration element – enamel) within a conventionalized viburnum wreath.

Description: Jubilee coin '800 years of the City of Zbarazh'. 'Ancient cities of Ukraine' series. The coin is dedicated to the city of Zbarazh located on the Hnizna-river (Dniester-river basin) in Ternopil Oblast. It was mentioned for the first time under 1211, when it formed a part of the principality of Galicia (Halych)-Volhynia and was one of the most fortified centres of the local appanage principalities. The city also became well-known owing to the events in the period of the liberation war of the Ukrainian people of 1648 – 1654.
Obverse: There are: the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine and the semicircular legend: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE); there is depicted the cartouche bearing the Jerusalem cross extant on a wall of the Saviour’s Transfiguration Church of the city of Zbarazh; under the cartouche there is the legend 5 / ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ / 2011 (5 / HRYVNIAS) and the logotype of the NBU Mint.
Reverse: There is depicted, in the foreground, the Main Entrance Tower of the Zbarazh Castle with the inscriptions: to the left ÇÁÀÐÀÆ (ZBARAZH) and below 800 / ÐÎʲ (800 / YEARS); to the right of the tower there is depicted the coat of arms of the city; in the background there are the most remarkable architectural monuments of the city centre.
