Description: Commemorative coin 'St. Andrew's Church'. 'Architectural monuments of Ukraine' series. The coin is dedicated to an architectural pearl of Kyiv built in the middle of the XVIII-th century in the style of Baroque to a design by prominent architect F.B. Rastrelli, i.e. to the St. Andrew’s Church. The church’s sophisticated outlines, clear-cut proportions, splendid harmony of forms and surrounding landscape won it general recognition and fame.
Obverse: Above there are the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine and the three-line legend: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE) thereunder; lower there is depicted a fragment of Baroque embossment on which an emphasis was put in decoration of the interior of the church; beneath there are the coin face values and issue year: 5 / ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ / 2011 (5 HRYVNIAS) and NBU Mint logo.
Reverse: On both coins there are the St. Andrew’s Church image and legends: Êȯ (KYIV) against the background of the church, ÀÍÄв¯ÂÑÜÊÀ ÖÅÐÊÂÀ (ST. ANDREW’S CHURCH) to the left, semicircular, and XVIII ñò. (XVIII century) to the right, vertical.

Description: Commemorative coin 'Hopak'. The coin is dedicated to the Hopak, a Ukrainian folk dance, the performance whereof includes various steps of choreographic improvisation. The dance may be solitary, couple or group one. The Hopak quite often happens to be of a majestic, heroic character.
Obverse: There are the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine and the semicircular description: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE), a couple caught up in the stylized swirl of a dance and the following legends beneath: Ï’ßÒÜ ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ (5 HRYVNIAS) as well as the issue year – 2011 (to the right) and the logo of the NBU Mint.
Reverse: There is depicted a dancing Cossack with a sable to whose left there is stylized ornament.

Description: Commemorative coin '20 Years of Independence of Ukraine'. 'Rebirth of Ukrainian Statehood' series. The coin is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of Ukraine’s independence. On August 24, 1991, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the Act of Declaration of Independence of Ukraine that opened a new era in the development of Ukraine as a sovereign state.
Obverse: There are: the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine in the centre and the cruciform image of rushnyks (Ukrainian embroidered decorative towels); between the rushnyks there are portraits of the most outstanding personalities of different epochs of our history together with the legends: ßÐÎÑËÀ ÌÓÄÐÈÉ, ÒÀÐÀÑ ØÅÂ×ÅÍÊÎ, ÌÈÕÀÉËÎ ÃÐÓØÅÂÑÜÊÈÉ, ÁÎÃÄÀÍ ÕÌÅËÜÍÈÖÜÊÈÉ (YAROSLAV THE WISE, TARAS SHEVCHENKO, MYKHAILO HRUSHEVSKYI, BOHDAN KHMELNYTSKYI); below against the background of a rushnyk there is indicated the coin minting year 2011 and the semicircular inscriptions: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE)(above) and coin denomination (below): Ï’ßÒÜ ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ (FIVE HRYVNIAS). On the latter within the lower part of the circle there is the logo of the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.
Reverse: There is depicted a conventionalized wreath of viburnum fruits and leaves together with the legend: 20 ÐÎʲ / ÍÅÇÀËÅÆÍÎÑÒ² / ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ / 24 ÑÅÐÏÍß / 1991 Ð. (20 YEARS / OF INDEPENDENCE / OF UKRAINE / 24 AUGUST / 1991 YEAR) in the center thereof.

Description: Commemorative ñoin 'International Year of Forests'. The coin is dedicated to the International Year of Forests, i.e. 2011, declared such by the United Nations. The forests are a type of natural landscapes with corresponding vegetation, fauna, microorganisms, depending upon one another in their evolution. They are a component of the national natural resources of the country, ponderable for the life harmony of human beings.
Obverse: Above there is the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine with the semicircular inscription: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE); in the centre there is depicted a conventionalized tree in blossom having arm-like branches and the heart; to the right – the legend 2011 (the coin issue year); below there are the logo of the NBU Mint and the semicircular inscription: Ï`ßÒÜ ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ (FIVE HRYVNIAS).

Description: Commemorative coin 'UEFA Euro 2012™ Final Tournament. City of Donetsk'. Series 'Sport'. The commemorative coin is dedicated to an important sporting event – the final tournament of the 2012 UEFA European Football Championship, some final matches whereof are to take place in Donetsk.
