Description: Commemorative coin 'Ice Dancing'. The coin is dedicated to the XIX Winter Olympic Games of 2000 in Salt Lake City (USA).
Obverse: There is a semicircular conventionalized depiction of a snowflake fragment, upon which there is an inscription: УКРАЇНА and the small State Emblem of Ukraine; to the right at the bottom, on the background of a mirror there are inscriptions: 2, ГРИВНІ, 2001 and on the both coins there is the Mint logo of the National Bank of Ukraine.
Reverse: At its left upper part, on the smooth background there is a conventionalized depiction of a dancing couple, at the coin right lower part, on the relief snowflake picture there are inscriptions: ХІХ ЗИМОВІ ОЛІМПІЙСЬКІ ІГРИ, СОЛТ-ЛЕЙК-СІТІ, 2002 (XIX WINTER OLYMPIC GAMES, SALT LAKE CITY, 2000).
Weight – 12.8 g., diameter – 31.0 mm., edge – incised. Artists: Vladymyr Taran, Aleksander Kharuk, Sergey Kharuk, Vitaliy Kozachenko; sculptor: Vladymyr Demianenko.
Put in circulation since January 30, 2001. Mintage: 30 000. The coin was struck at the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.

Description: Commemorative coin 'LYNX LYNX'. The coin is dedicated to Lynx lynx, belonging to Carnivore species. This precious furry animal inhabits mostly the Ukrainian Carpathians mountains. Its small population is preserved in forest sections in Manevytskiy district of Volyn region. The animal is registered in the Ukraine Red Book.
Obverse: Within a window frame formed by some species of flora and fauna, there is a depiction of the Small State Emblem of Ukraine and the four line inscriptions: УКРАЇНА, 2, ГРИВНІ, 2001 and on both coins there is the Mint logo of the National Bank of Ukraine.
Reverse: There is a lynx depiction with a lynx-cub sitting on a twig and circular inscriptions: above – РИСЬ ЗВИЧАЙНА, beneath – LYNX LYNX.
Weight – 12.8 g., diameter – 31.0 mm., edge – incised. Artist and sculptor: Vladymyr Demyanenko.
Put in circulation since April 25, 2001. Mintage: 30 000. The coin was struck at the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.

Description: Commemorative coin 'Good to Children'. The coin is dedicated to the Day of Children Protection.
Obverse: Within the frame of an ornamental pattern depicting plants and birds there are inscriptions: 2 ГРИВНІ, in the middle and the small State Emblem of Ukraine an the upper part. Above the State Emblem there is an inscription: УКРАЇНА, and beneath, under the picture of a nest with three baby birds there is the year of the coin mintage, 2001.
Reverse: In the composition centre there is a depiction of a stream uniting water, nature and the sun; on its both sides there are figures of a boy and a girl who are rejoicing over this life-giving stream; beneath there is an open book and a ribbon with the inscription ДОБРО – ДІТЯМ (GOOD TO CHILDREN).
Weight – 12.8 g., diameter – 31.0 mm., edge – incised. Artist: Larysa Koren'; sculptor: Sviatoslav Ivanenko.

Description: Jubilee coin '5 Years of the Constitution of Ukraine'. The coin is dedicated to the principal Law of Ukraine, adopted on June 28,1996 at the 5-th Session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Obverse: In its upper part there is the Small State Emblem of Ukraine under which there is an inscription УКРАЇНА; between two fragments of a conventionalized vegetable- and flower-ornamental pattern there are the three line inscriptions: 2, ГРИВНІ, 2001 and the Mint logo of the National Bank of Ukraine.
Reverse: In the centre there is a depiction of an open book with the three line inscription: 5 РОКІВ КОНСТИТУЦІЇ (5 YEARS OF THE CONSTITUTION) within the frame of a vegetable composition of spikelets and sprays of a snowball tree; above it there is the structure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; beneath – 28 / ЧЕРВНЯ / 1996, the date of adoption of the Constitution.
