Description: Commemorative coin 'Bee'. 'The Smallest Golden Coin' series. The coin is dedicated to the bee personifying wisdom, prolificacy and diligence.
Obverse: Within a bead circle there is the small State Emblem of Ukraine is depicted, above which there is the coin mintage year; circular inscriptions: УКРАЇНА (above), 2 ГРИВНІ (beneath), as well as designation of metal (left), its weight and the Mint logo of the National Bank of Ukraine (right).
Reverse: There is a there is the bee depiction, around which there are circular inscriptions: БДЖОЛА (above) and APIS MELLIFERA (below).
999.9 gold. Weight – 1.24 g., diameter – 13.92 mm., edge – smooth. Artist and sculptor: Vladymyr Demyanenko.
Put in circulation since March 25, 2010. Mintage: 10 000. The coin was struck at the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.

Description: Commemorative coin 'Chervona Kalyna'. 'The Smallest Golden Coin' series. The coin is dedicated to one of the best-loved plants of Ukrainians being the subject of many folk songs, i.e. to Chervona (red with regard to the fruit) Kalyna (European cranberrybush) that has become the national symbol of Ukraine.
Obverse: Within the circle of beads there is the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine, above it – 2010 (the coin issue year); between the circle and the coin edge there are the semicircular legends: НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE) above and 2 ГРИВНІ (2 HRYVNIAS) underneath, coin metal and its fineness on the left and on the right – the logo of the NBU Mint and the coin weight in fineness – 1.24.
Reverse: There is depicted a branch of European cranberry bush and are inscribed the semicircular legends: КАЛИНА ЧЕРВОНА – VIBURNUM OPULUS.
999.9 gold. Weight – 1.24 g., diameter – 13.92 mm., edge – smooth. Artists: obverse – Vladymyr Demianenko, reverse – Vladymyr Taran, Aleksander Kharuk, Serhii Kharuk, sculptor – Vladymyr Demianenko.
Put in circulation since September 24, 2010. Mintage: 10 000. The coin was struck at the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.
