Description: Coins-like souvenir 'Hariton Lebed'-Yurchik'
Obverse: The stylized small National Emblem of Ukraine above monetary Hryvnia of the Kiev type. Against the background there is the circumference inscription: СУВЕНIРНА МОНЕТА. МОНЕТНИЙ БРЕНД УКРАЇНИ (SOUVENIR COIN. MONETARY BRAND OF UKRAINE). In the center of a token there is the inscription: ГРИВНА (HRYVNIA).
Reverse: The stylized portrait of director of State exchequer Hariton Lebed'-Yurchik. To the right – the stylized image of Hryvnia of the Kiev type, above it: 1918, below – the inscription: ДИРЕКТОР ДЕРЖАВНОЇ СКАРБНИЦІ (DIRECTOR OF THE STATE EXCHEQUER) and the stylized facsimile signature ХАРИТОН ЛЕБІДЬ-ЮРЧИК (HARITON LEBED'-YURCHIK). The semicircle inscriptions along the rim: at the top – 2004. ВІДОМІ БАНКІРИ УКРАЇНИ (KNOWN BANKERS OF UKRAINE), at the bottom: УКРАЇНСЬКА НАРОДНА РЕСПУБЛІКА (THE UKRAINIAN NATIONAL REPUBLIC).
