Description: Coins-like souvenir 'Victor Jushchenko'.
Obverse: In the center of a token there is the stylized monetary Hryvnia of Kiev type XI – XIII centuries, in the center an inscription: G & G, under it: УКРАЇНА (UKRAINE). Against the background there is the circumference inscription: ЕКСКЛЮЗИВНА КОЛЕКЦIЯ (EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION), beneath: SOUVENIR COIN OF UKRAINE.
Reverse: The stylized portrait of The Prime Minister of Ukraine Victor A. Jushchenko. To the left there is the stylized image of Hryvnia of the Kiev type in a laurel wreath. To the right – dates in two lines: 2000 – 2001. The inscriptions along the rim: at the top – ПРЕМ'ЕР-МIНIСТР УКРАЇНИ (THE PRIME MINISTER OF UKRAINE), at the bottom: ВIКТОР ЮЩЕНКО (VICTOR JUSHCHENKO). 2004.

Obverse: The stylized small National Emblem of Ukraine above monetary Hryvnia of the Kiev type. Against the background there is the circumference inscription: СУВЕНIРНА МОНЕТА. МОНЕТНИЙ БРЕНД УКРАЇНИ (SOUVENIR COIN. MONETARY BRAND OF UKRAINE). In the center of a token there is the inscription: ГРИВНА (HRYVNIA).
Reverse: The stylized portrait of The Prime Minister of Ukraine Victor F. Janukovich. To the right, under the image of the Small State Emblem of Ukraine, there is the inscription in three lines: ВИДАТНI ДIЯЧІ ДЕРЖАВИ (OUTSTANDING PERSONALITIES OF THE STATE). Reverse: The stylized portrait of The Prime Minister of Ukraine of Julia V. Timoshenko. To the left – the stylized image of Hryvnia of the Kiev type in a laurel wreath.
