Description: Commemorative coin 'Surb Khach Monastery". The coin is dedicated to one of the outstanding Armenian monuments in Crimea – Surb Khach (Holy Cross) Monastery established in the XIVth century.
Obverse: There are: above – the Small National Emblem of Ukraine and the circumferential legend: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE); in the centre – a Khachkar (cross-stone), that is located on the monastery territory, decorated with a vegetational ornamentation pattern, below – the coin issue year and face value ÄÅÑßÒÜ ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ (TEN HRYVNIAS).
Reverse: There are depicted the monastery buildings with the legends: ÑÒÀÐÈÉ ÊÐÈÌ / ²ÐÌÅÍÑÜÊÈÉ ÌÎÍÀÑÒÈÐ XIV ñò. (STARYI KRYM / ARMENIAN MONASTERY OF XIV century) on the left and ÑÓÐÁ ÕÀ× (SURB KHACH) on the right.
925 standard silver. Weight – 31.1 g., diameter – 38.61 mm., edge – smooth with in-depth designation of the metal, its weight in fineness. Artist and sculptor: Sviatoslav Ivanenko.
Put in circulation since March 30, 2009. Mintage: 10 000. The coin was struck at the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.

Description: Jubilee coin '350 years of the Battle of Konotop'. 'Heroes of Cossack Age' series. The coin is dedicated to to the 350th anniversary of victory of the army under the command of Ivan Vyhovskyi, a Hetman of Ukraine, in the battle of Konotop in June of 1659.
Obverse: Against the background of the wing (an allegory of the victory) the images of Hetman’s Insignia, Cossack arms and a bandura are depicted, above there are the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine and the semicircular legend: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE); below – the coin denomination and issue year 10 / ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ / 2009 (10 HRYVNIAS).
Reverse: In the centre there is the equestrian figure of Ivan Vyhovskyi with the sabre in hand; behind the figure, as the background, there are depicted the Cossack host in a fighting formation (at his left), conventionalized contour image of Konotop fortifications (to the right) and thrown down banners (on the right below); above there is the semicircular inscription: ÏÅÐÅÌÎÃÀ  ÊÎÍÎÒÎÏÑÜÊ²É ÁÈÒ² (VICTORY IN KONOTOP BATTLE) and lower in two lines 350 ÐÎʲ (350 years).
925 standard silver. Weight – 31.1 g., diameter – 38.61 mm., edge – plain, with in-depth designation of the metal, its weight in fineness and the NBU Mint logotype. Artists: Nikolay Kochubei (obverse), Vladymyr Taran, Aleksander Kharuk, Serhii Kharuk (reverse), sculptors: Anatolii Demianenko, Vladymyr Atamanchuk.

Description: Commemorative coin 'Bokorash'. The coin is dedicated to the profession of the timber-floater or raftsman (in Ukrainian vernacular – bokorash) which required uncommon strength and skill. The logging was carried out in Polesia (Polissia) and in the Carpathians where this craft was widespread till the 50-ies of the last century.
Obverse: There are depicted the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine (above) with the conventionalized inscription: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE) thereunder, conventionalized images of two birds in the centre and Carpathian landscapes to the left and to the right with spruces, cottages and logs; below there are the legends: 10 / ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ / 2009 (10 HRYVNIAS).
Reverse: There is depicted the figure of a bokorash with a tsapyna (pole) in the hands which is directing the raft downstream, on either side of him there are traditional Carpathian ornamental patterns; above, against the background in the form of a log butt end there is the legend ÁÎÊÎÐÀØ (BOKORASH).

Description: Commemorative coin 'Holy Spirit Church in Rohatyn'. 'Architectural monuments of Ukraine' series. The coin is dedicated to to an outstanding example of Ukrainian wooden temples of old types – Holy Spirit Church in Rohatyn (1598). Its iconostasis being now in a good state of preservation has extraordinarily high artistic value. The temple is a monument that has immortalized the talent of masters from Halychyna for architecture, carving and icon painting.
Obverse: Above there are the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine and the semicircular legend: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE); the conventionalized image of the 16th century icon of the temple – 'Descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles' – with the candelabra to the right and left thereof; below – the coin issue year 2009 and the face value 10 ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ (10 HRYVNIAS).
Reverse: Here is depicted the church with the legends: ÖÅÐÊÂÀ / ÑÂßÒÎÃÎ / ÄÓÕÀ / XVI / ÑÒ. (CHURCH / OF HOLY / SPIRIT / XVI / CENTURY) above and ÐÎÃÀÒÈÍ (ROHATYN) below, embowed.

Description: Commemorative coin 'Galagan Family'. 'Famous Families of Ukraine' series. The coin is dedicated to a well-known family of the Galagans, at first high rank Cossacks and later noblemen, whose representatives became famous as public figures and patrons of arts promoting development of the Ukrainian culture and enlightenment. The famous Pavlo Galagan College was established thanks to Hryhorii Galagan’s efforts.
Obverse: Above there are the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine and the semicircular legend: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE); in the centre there is depicted the family estate of the Galagans in Sokyryntsi; below – the coin denomination and issue year 10 / ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ / 2009 (10 HRYVNIAS).
Reverse: Against the background of the College building there are depicted some representatives of the Galagan family, namely Kateryna (to the left), Hryhorii (to the right) and Pavlo (his portrait is above within the locket); lower there is the family coat of arms; the coin has the following legends: the semicircular one above ÊÀÒÅÐÈÍÀ 1826 – 1896 ? ÏÀÂËÎ 1853 – 1869 ? ÃÐÈÃÎÐ²É 1819 – 1888 (Kateryna ? Pavlo ? Hryhorii); under the building – ÊÎËÅÃ²ß / ÏÀÂËÀ ¥ÀËÀ¥ÀÍÀ (COLLEGE / OF PAVLO GALAGAn) and below – Ð²Ä ¥ÀËÀ¥ÀͲ (FAMILY OF THE GALAGANS).
