Printed by the 'Taurida Publishers' of the Crimean region. Consumer cards were issued in 50, 75 and 100 karbovanets denominations.
In circulation from November 1st, 1990 to June 30, 1991 and from August 1st, 1991 to January 10, 1992.
Consumer cards in themselves were not legal tender, but it is to be noted that without them the USSR roubles were equally invalid over the territory of Ukraine. Consumer Cards were printed in the 25 regions of Ukraine: Vinnitsa, Volyn, Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Zhitomyr, Zakarpatye, Zaporizhye, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kyrovohrad, Crimea, Lugansk, Lviv, Mykolaïv, Poltava, Odessa, Rivno, Sumska, Ternopil, Kherson, Khmelnitsky, Kharkiv, Cherkassk, Chernihiv, Chernivtsi.
