Description: Jubilee coin 'Pavlo Chubynskyi'. 'Outstanding Personalities of Ukraine' series. The coin is dedicated to Pavlo Platonovych Chubynskyi, an ethnographer, folklorist, poet and public figure, who is the author of the Anthem of Ukraine 'Ukraine’s glory hasn’t perished, nor her freedom…'. Pavlo Platonovych held deservedly an important position within the pleiad of the public figures and scientists of the second part of the XIX century, the Herculean efforts whereof made the national rebirth of Ukraine possible. As one of the founders of Ukrainian ethnographic science he was in charge of the ethnographic expeditions researching Ukraine, Russia and Moldavia.
Obverse: The Small State Emblem of Ukraine (above) on the left and right hand side whereof there is conventionalized vegetable ornamentation with the composition symbolizing ethnographic researches of the scientist – folk musical instruments, the symbols of Hetman’s authority etc. – in the centre with the inscription ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ/ ÁÀÍÊ/ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (National Bank of Ukraine) above; the inscription 2 / ÃÐÈÂͲ / 2009 (2 / HRYVNIAS / 2009) and the logotype of the NBU Mint (below).
Reverse: There is Pavlo Chubynskyi’s portrait within the ornamental frame together with the semicircular inscription ÏÀÂËÎ ×ÓÁÈÍÑÜÊÈÉ (PAVLO CHUBYNSKYI) (above) and the years of life 1839 (on the left), 1884 (on the right).

Description: Jubilee coin '70th Anniversary of Proclamation of the Republic of Carpatho-Ukraine'. Series 'Rebirth of Ukrainian Statehood'. The coin is dedicated to the 1938 – 1939 events related to proclamation and armed defence of the Republic of Carpatho-Ukraine whose short existence period has become one of the brightest pages in the centuries-old struggle of the Carpathian Ukrainians for the Ukrainian statehood establishment.
Obverse: There are depicted carpets with the traditional Carpathian ornamentation patterns together with the Small State Emblem of Ukraine (above) and the semicircular legend ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE) on the right; below there are the face value 2 / ÃÐÈÂͲ (2 / HRYVNIAS) and the coin issue year 2009 together with the logotype of the NBU Mint (on the left).
Reverse: There is depicted a Transcarpathian holding a flag with the coat of arms of Carpatho-Ukraine; there are the legend: 70 / ÐÎʲ (70 / YEARS) under the flag and the semicircular inscription on the left: ÏÐÎÃÎËÎØÅÍÍß ÊÀÐÏÀÒÑÜÊί ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (PROCLAMATION OF THE CARPATHIAN UKRAINE).

Description: Jubilee coin 'Andrii Livytskyi'. 'Outstanding Personalities of Ukraine' series. The coin is dedicated to Andrii Nykolaiovych Livytskyi, a Ukrainian expert in law, statesman, public and political figure.
Obverse: There are: the Small State Emblem of Ukraine (in the centre), the coin issue year 2009 (thereunder), the circumferential legends: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE) above and IJ ÃÐÈÂͲ (TWO HRYVNIAS) below together with the logotype of the NBU Mint.
Reverse: There are A.M. Livytskyi's portrait and the inscriptions: ÀÍÄÐ²É Ë²ÂÈÖÜÊÈÉ (ANDRII LIVYTSKYI) – above (semicircular), 1879 / 1954 – years of life, to the right of the portrait, and beneath (semicircular) – ÏÐÅÇÈÄÅÍÒ ÓÍÐ Â ÅÊÇÈ˲ (PRESIDENT OF THE UPR (UKRAINIAN PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC) IN EXILE).

Description: Jubilee coin 'Boris Martos'. 'Outstanding Personalities of Ukraine' series. The coin is dedicated to Borys Mykolaiovych Martos, a Ukrainian economist, educational specialist, cooperative movement leader, statesman and public figure. Borys Martos was a leader of the Peasant Union and an author of the Ukrainian Tsentralna Rada draft of the Agrarian Law. From December of 1918 he was the Minister of Food Supply Affairs and in the period from April to August of 1919 – the Chairman of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Finance of the Ukrainian People’s Republic Directory.
Obverse: There are: the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine (in the centre), the coin issue year 2009 (thereunder), the circumferential legends: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE) above and IJ ÃÐÈÂͲ (TWO HRYVNIAS) below together with the logotype of the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.

Description: Jubilee coin 'Igor Sikorsky'. 'Outstanding Personalities of Ukraine' series. The coin is dedicated to Igor Ivanovich Sikorsky, a pioneer of aviation, designer of aircrafts and helicopters, an industrialist. When studying at the Kiev Polytechnic Institute (1907 – 1914) he set to work on development of the first helicopters to be. From 1910 Igor Sikorsky constructed aircrafts. The first multi-engine aircrafts in the world – 'Le Grand', 'Ilya Muromets', 'Russky Vityaz' – were of his design. Being a native of Ukraine, Igor Sikorsky became well-known all over the world as one of the most famous aircraft designers.
Obverse: There are: the image of Ilya Muromets aircraft, as for its development in 1913 Sikorsky became well known all over the world; above, against the relief background, the semicircular inscription: ÍÀÖ²ÎÍÀËÜÍÈÉ ÁÀÍÊ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ (NATIONAL BANK OF UKRAINE) and the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine thereunder, below – the coin issue year 2009, face value 2 ÃÐÈÂͲ (2 HRYV5NIAS) and the logotype of the NBU Mint.
Reverse: There is a portrait of Sikorsky dressed in the airman uniform; to the right, against the background of Leonardo da Vinci’s drawing, there is the bow-shaped inscription: ²ÃÎРѲÊÎÐÑÜÊÈÉ (IHOR SIKORSKYI) together with indication of the years of his life: 1889 – 1972.
