Material: Cupronickel
Description: Obverse: National arms in the center, under it – year of issue. Circular inscription: POLSKA RZECZPOSPOLITA LUDOWA / 10 ZŁ.
Reverse: In the center, on a background of globe there is baby nursing. Inscriptions – above: FAO, beneath – FIAT PANIS. To the right there is a semicircular inscription: PRÓBA.
Diameter – 28 mm, weight – 10.12 g. Edge – incised. Mintage: 51 200.
The image of reverse was considered too frivolous for a catholic country, so the coin was not issued in circulation.
