COINS OF KERKINITIS.

Coins of Kerkinitis (Greek: Κερκινίτις) – was an ancient Greek colony in V – II centuries B.C. in the western part of Crimea. The ancient city is located on the shore of the Black Sea in the city Eupatoria.

Obverse: Sitting Scythian witn sceptre and quiver. Before him there is inscription: KEPKI.
Reverse: A horse left, inscription: ПАΣI.
