Face side: Face value encircled by a rectangular cartouche on the face in the frame of a floral design. On top of the cartouche entwined with the St. George ribbon is a crownless double-headed heraldic eagle with the shield adorned with the image of St. George the Trophybearer on its breast.
Back side: Picture of the Monument of 1000th Anniversary of Russia.

Description: State Treasury Notes of the Period of the Rule of the Chief Commandment of the Armed Forces in the South of Russia.
Face side: The name of a banknote in a carved cartouche entwined on the face with the St. George ribbon. On top is a crownless double-headed heraldic eagle. On the edges of the cartouche are ornamented columns carrying the year of issue and face value.
Back side: Picture of the Monument of Infantry General M.D. Skobelev (1843 – 1882), instrumental in carrying out the Khiva campaign to crush the Kokand uprising of 1873 – 1876. During the Russian-Turkish war of 1873 – 1876 General Skobelev used to be Commander of a detachment involved in the action by Plevna. Later on, in the Battle of Shipka, he was in charge of the division.
1919. (Feb. 1929). Dimensions: 104 x 176 mm. ЯА-034. Mosaic watermark. Lilac is a predominant color.
