Description: Commemorative coin 'Easter Holiday'. 'Ritual Festivals of Ukraine' series. The coin is dedicated to one of the greatest holiday in the Christian religion which is accompanied by all-night service, ceremonial religious processions, ringing of church bells and singing songs, glorifying Jesus Christ.
Obverse: There is a composition made of seven Easter eggs decorated with ornamental patterns of various regions of Ukraine. In the middle of the composition there is the small State Emblem of Ukraine, above which there is the coin mintage year; Surrounded by a conventionalized pussy-willow ornamentation there are inscriptions: ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÀ, 5 ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ and the Mint logo of the NBU.
Reverse: There is a multi-figured composition (solemn coming out of a church headed by a priest and carrying the shroud of Christ, crosses, gonfalons and candles) representing the traditional ceremony of consecration above which there is the inscription: ÂÅËÈÊÄÅÍÜ (EASTER).
Weight – 16.54 g., diameter – 35.0 mm., edge – incised. Artist: Nykolay Kotchubey. Sculptor: Roman Chaikovskiy.
Put in circulation since April 22, 2003. Mintage: 50 000. The coin was struck at the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.

Description: Commemorative coin 'AN-2 Aircraft'. 'Aircraft of Ukraine' series. The coin is dedicated to multipurpose aircraft, progenitor of the large family of Antonov's aircrafts for transporting both cargo and passengers. The first flight of this aircraft took place on August 31, 1947 and its serial production started in 1949 at Kyiv aircraft works (Now – 'Aviant'). There are 18 aircraft modifications. AN-2 is one of the most popular and long-lived airplanes in the world. Its serial production is still continued. It is being exported to 23 countries of the world.
Obverse: In a bead circle there is the Small State Emblem of Ukraine within a frame of allegoric composition of the sun, a conventionalized wing; birds (to the right) and stars which embody the dream of the mankind to reach space heights. There are also circular inscriptions: ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÀ, 2003, 5, ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ and the Mint logo of the NBU.
Reverse: There is a depiction of AN-2 aircraft and circular inscriptions: above – ˲ÒÀÊÈ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ; beneath – AN-2 and AN-2, between which there is AN logotype is depicted.

Description: Jubilee coin '2500 years of Yevpatoria'. 'Ancient Towns of Ukraine' series. The coin is dedicated to 2500 years of the ancient town of Yevpatoria. At the turn of 6-th and 5-th centuries B.C. in the period of Greek colonization, an ancient town of Cerkinitidus appeared there. It was first mentioned in written sources by Hekateus of Milett, later – by Herodotus. Now, Yevpatoria is the all-Ukrainian children health resort and balneotherapeutic health resort. Obverse: There is a conventionalized depiction of the sun and sea, above – there is the mintage year of 2003 is depicted, under which there is the Small State Emblem of Ukraine, inscriptions: ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÀ, 5 ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ, as well as the Mint logo of the NBU.
Reverse: Upon the sea background at the coin's upper part there is a collage made of depictions of architectural monuments and modern structures; at the centre there is a two-lined inscription: ªÂÏÀÒÎвß, 2500 ÐÎʲÂ, in the foreground there is an amphora with a sea-gull sitting on it.

Description: Jubilee coin '150 years of the Central State Historical Archives of Ukraine'. The coin is dedicated to the Central State Historical Archives of Ukraine, one of the oldest archive depository of the state, which was founded in 1852 on an initiative of the Provisional Commission on investigation of ancients statements by Kyiv, Podil and Volyn general-governor and which started to operate in 1853. At present the Archives collection contains about 1,5 million copies of unique documents of the history of Ukraine from 13th till 20th centuries.
Obverse: There are inscriptions: ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ – in the centre made in script, above which there is – 5, the coin face value; in the external circle – ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÀ (above), 2003 (beneath). To the right and beneath there is the small State Emblem of Ukraine on the background of a sealing wax stamp and the Mint logo of the NBU.
Reverse: There is a depiction of a sand-glass as a symbol of time on which background there are the following dates:1852 (above) and 2002 (beneath); to the left and to the right from the sand-glass there are books, maps and pictures are depicted. Along the circumference there is an inscription: ÖÅÍÒÐÀËÜÍÈÉ ÄÅÐÆÀÂÍÈÉ ²ÑÒÎÐÈ×ÍÈÉ ÀÐղ ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÈ.
Bimetal. Metal of insert – nordic; metal of ring – cupronickel. Weight – 9,5 g., diameter – 28.0 mm., edge with milled sectors. Artist: Larysa Koren'; sculptor: Sviatoslav Ivanenko.

Description: Jubilee coins '60 years of Liberation of Kyiv from Fascist Invaders'. The coins are dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the liberation of Kyiv from fascist invaders in November 1943 in the course of the battle for Dnipro, an important offensive operation of the second phase of the Great Patriotic war, in the result of which the 'Eastern Barrage Fire' was destructed and the radical turn in the course of war was completed.
Obverse: It is depicted: above – the coins mintage year, under which – the small State Emblem of Ukraine and a three-lined inscription: ÓÊÐÀ¯ÍÀ, 5 ÃÐÈÂÅÍÜ; on the right side a memorial plaque and eternal flame are depicted and the Mint logo of the NBU.
Reverse: It is depicted: above – the scheme of offensive of the Soviet troops; beneath – the conventionalized scene of the Dnipro forced crossing; on the background there is panorama of the city of Kyiv; as well as the following inscriptions are placed: above – a three-lined inscription: 60 ÐÎʲ ÂÈÇÂÎËÅÍÍß ÊȪÂÀ, beneath to the left – there is a semicircular inscription – ÂÅËÈÊÀ ²Ò×ÈÇÍßÍÀ ²ÉÍÀ.
