OCCUPATION SOVIET PAPER NOTES FOR HUNGARY, ISSUED IN THE USSR. 1944.
In 1944 were issued banknotes printed in the USSR for use in territory of the Hungary. Banknotes were introduced in denominations of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 and 1000 Pengö.
Soviet paper notes were in officially circulation in Zakarpatye area till the beginning of 1945.

Back side: The background of the note is ornamented. In the center there is rosette with face value in two lines: 1000 / EZER PENGÖ. Issued in 1944. Printed in USSR. Dimensions: 195 х 104 mm. 6 digit serial number, red color, the series is designated by two capital letters.
