Obverse: At the top – the relief of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus; in the center framed by the Belarusian ornament, symbolizing good – depicted mark of EurAsEC and the inscription EurAsEC; on both sides of the ornament is an inscription: from the left – 'РЭСПУБЛIКА' (REPUBLIC), from the right – 'БЕЛАРУСЬ' (BELARUS); beneath – face value '1 РУБЕЛЬ' (1 ROUBLE) and year of issue.
Reverse: In the center against the backdrop of rural landscape and the dilapidated castle – a fairy tale image of characters – Pokatigaroshak (Пакацігарошак – belarussian) and Snake (Tsmok – belarussian), as well as three rows inscription: 'ПАКАЦІГАРОШАК' (POKATIGAROSHAK).
