Feb. 1, 1917. ‘The bearer of this is entitled to receiving 1 000 roubles in the State bank or its offices on the 1st of February, 1918’. The stamp on the face side reading ‘The present bond is delivered by the Feodosian Branch of the State Bank as a banknote to the amount of 1 000 roubles’. Round stamp of the Feodosian Branch of the State Bank. Backside carrying the sample of a drawing. Dimensions: 12.8 x 33.4 sm.
