PAYMENT TOKENS OF POLISH MILITARY UNITS. STANYSLAVIV.

1925 – 1939s.


Ivano-Frankivsk – the administrative centre of the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast. In 1662 – 1772 and 1918 – 1939 the city was known as Stanisławów, from 1772 to 1918 – Stanyslaviv. In November 9, 1962, it was renamed to honour the Ukrainian writer Ivan Franko.

Reverse: In the center – face value 10, below – GROSZY in laurel wreath. In the center – a dot (track of machining).
