Obverse: The Czech lion. Beneath it – inscription in three lines: ČESKA REPUBLIKA, year of issue.
Reverse: The denomination number adjacent to a figure of St. Wenceslas based on the monument in Wenceslas Square in Prague; in the background is the inscription from this monument.
Steel plated with an alloy of 75% copper and 25% zinc. Diameter – 26 mm. Weight – 8.43 g. Thickness – 2.55 mm. Edge – plain. Mintage: 55 001 000. Designer – Vladimír Oppl.

This type of coin vinted in 1993 and 1994 at Hamburg and since 1995 at Bižuterie Česká Mincovna (Jablonec).
